BREAKING NEWS: State Assembly overwhelmingly concurred in amended SB396: The Virtual School Rescue Bill
Early this evening, the Wisconsin State Assembly concurred in the amended SB 396 by a 96-1 vote. The Virtual School Rescue Bill agreement is now in the hands of the state Senate, which will vote on the bill tomorrow.
Earlier today, Gov. Doyle told the press that he believes the agreement is a “good deal,” so we expect it to be signed into law shortly after Senate passage.
